Inherited Report Generation Quick Search Template
The inherited Report Generation Quick Search template determine the available search fields that members can use on several statistical reports under Inventory and Production. The statistical reports include the following (as available by your MLS):
Summary Statistics
Terms of Sale
Ranking Report
Saturation Analysis
Yearly Market Comparison
Days on Market
Price Range Statistics
Managerial Statistics
Note
The Report Generation template needs to be inherited to members.
The Report Generation template cannot be relabeled. Flexmls uses the search template labeled “Report Generation.” Changing the name of the search template would make the template unusable on the Inventory and Production reports. If you have mistakenly renamed the template, change the template name back to “Report Generation,” and it will again be available on the Inventory and Production Reports.
MLS admins can add, rearrange, and remove fields from the Report Generation template. Once you have made your changes to the Report Generation template, click Save to make the changes available to members when they use an applicable report from Inventory and Production.
