Launch Messaging

Pop-up messages appear when you first open the Launch dashboard. You can either acknowledge that you have read the message or select the option stating that you will read the message later.

If you select No, I’ll read it later, the message will pop up again any time you refresh the Launch dashboard, whether by clicking the browser refresh button or logging back into the Launch dashboard. The pop-up message will only disappear once a you acknowledge that you have read the message.

Banner messages are displayed at the top of the page upon logging into the Launch dashboard. These messages are displayed until the expiration date designated by your MLS. You can hide a banner message by clicking the X button, but doing so will only hide the banner message for that session. If you reload the page, or log out and then log back in, the banner message will be displayed again, until the expiration date set by your MLS.

You can access all your active messages by clicking Messages under the profile icon. The number in the red circle shows how many unread messages you have.
