Sales Statistics by Area Report

The Sales Statistics by Area report shows price and days on market statistics for sold listings, grouped by property type and area. To run the report, click Sales Statistics by Area on the Market Trends Reports page.

Enter a date range for the report and select the property types to include. Select the field to use to group the data. You can also filter the report using a Quick Search template. Click Next to generate the report.

The average is the total value divided by the number of listings. The median is the middle value, such that half the values are larger, and half the values are smaller.
