Year to Date Activity Report

The Year to Date Activity report shows listing totals, volumes, and days on market for the current year by area and property type. To run the report, click Year To Date Activity on the Market Trends Reports page.

Choose whether to print subtotals for each property type. Select the field to use to group the data and click Next to generate the report.

Statistics are calculated for the year to date (from January 1 of the current year to the current date). The Coop Sales and Coop Volume columns show sales where more than one office was involved in the transaction.
