Active Listings by Area/Price Range Report

The Active Listings by Area/Price report shows all active listings per area and price range. To run the report, click Active Listings by Area/Price Range on the Market Trends Reports page.

Use the drop-down list to select the field to use to group the data.

Next, select to include all options for that field, or select individual options from the list. Select the book sections to include in the report. Choose the construction types, if the option is available. Click Next to generate the report.
