CMA Type Tab

When you start a CMA from a search results page, you will begin by selecting the type of CMA you want to create (Full, Quick, or Statistical). Then select the Statistical Average field for the CMA from the drop-down list (as allowed by your MLS).

The Statistical Average field is used to add a "Price per” field calculation to the CMA. For example, you may want to base comparison calculations on lot acres in a CMA for land. You may want to base calculations on warehouse square footage in a CMA for a commercial property. (Your MLS determines which fields are available in this list.)

If you start a CMA by clicking New on the Saved CMAs page, a Full CMA will automatically be started. Select a property type and select the Statistical Average field for the CMA from the drop-down list (as allowed by your MLS).

After you have made your selection, click Next.
