Messages Tab (Contacts)

Click on a contact name on the Contact Management page to view and edit detailed information about the contact.

Use the Messages tab of the contact details to view messages that you have sent to and received from the selected contact. Click to expand a message or click a plus sign to expand a full message thread. You can reply to messages or send follow-up messages from this tab.

Click the checkbox to be notified with a message when the contact logs in to the customer portal. To stop receiving login messages from all clients, you can go to General Preferences and select the setting Suspend all portal login notice messages.
