New Listing Report
The New Listing Report shows all your new listings within a selected timeframe. To run the report, click New Listings on the Inventory and Production Reports page.
Enter a date range for the report and select whether the date range applies to the Listing Date or the date the listing was approved by the MLS. Specify other report options such as whether to display the End Date and whether to hide deleted listings. Depending on your permission level, you may also be able to select the offices and members to include in the report, and whether to display inactive/not in list members.
Note
If you include the co-listing member and all members from the office when running the report, the report counts only listings where the listing side has an active member.
When you are finished selecting report parameters, click Next to generate the report.
