Q: Who do I reach out to with questions about using Scout?

Q: Can I access my chat history?

Yes, your chat history with Scout is available by opening up the left panel.

Q: Can Scout search the web?

No, Scout is only pulling answers from MLS data, not outside information.

Q: Can Scout answer questions about third-party data?

No, Scout only has access to your Flexmls data. It will not answer questions about showing vendors, transaction document vendors, etc..

Q: What information is collected and how is it used?

We adhere to the FBS privacy policy. Interactions with Scout are logged for improvement of the overall platform.
