Sold Activity Report

The Sold Activity report summarizes listings that closed during a specified time period and price range. To run the report, click Sold Activity on the Market Trends Reports page.

Enter a date range and price range for the report, then click Next to generate the report.

The DA/MKT to UC column shows the number of days between the begin date and the under-contract date. The DA/MKT to CLO column shows the number of days between the begin date and the closing date.
