Automatically Mark Photos as Private When Off-Market
You can set your listing media to automatically be marked as private when the listing moves to an off-market status. You can enable the following setting to do so:
When ON, all media default to 'Mark Private While Off-Market', OFF defaults to 'Public'. (FBS-only) (FBS Staff Only) - When set to On, this setting automatically marks all listing media (except the primary photo) as private when the listing moves to an off-market status (as defined by your MLS).
With this setting, MLS still has the ability to override the photo privacy on an individual listing basis and make photos public while off-market, if necessary.
This setting can only be enabled by FBS and applies to new listings going forward. When the setting is enabled, it applies to any media uploaded after the setting has been enabled. Existing and incomplete listings are not affected unless a developer updates the privacy setting for that media.
