Main List Fields and Scroll

Click Main List Fields and Scroll under Main Listings on the Admin menu to view a report of the fields, groups, and custom fields that appear on the Main Fields tab in listing maintenance. Select a sort order for the report, choose whether to display all fields or only enabled fields, and then click Next to run the report.

The report shows the following information about main listing fields:

Crd - The card format, which corresponds to the property type for the field.

Field - The database name for the field.

Display - The display name for the field.

Enbld - If Y, the field is available for data entry and searching. If N, the field is not available.

Srch - If Y, the field is available when choosing search criteria. If N, the field is not available.

Add - If Y, the field is available when adding a listing. If N, the field is not available.

Edt - If Y, the field is available when editing an existing listing. If N, the field is not available.

Rqd - If Y, the field is required when adding/editing a listing. The field name will appear in red with an asterisk when users add or edit a listing. If N, the field is not required.

Cnfdnt - The level of sharing for the field’s information. The following options are available:

  • A: Public. The field is available on all public reports.

  • B: MLS Data Share. The field is available on private reports and to the users of any other MLS that is currently sharing data.

  • C: Private. The field is available only on private reports.

Type - The data type in the database, which defines the type of information that can be entered in the field. The following options are available:

  • T: Text

  • D: Date

  • N: Number

  • S: List

Ord - The order of the field within its group.

Class - If the field’s class is List, it is a main listing field and can be made available on the add/change listing pages. If the field’s class is Report, it is available to use on custom reports, even though it is not a main list field.

Group - The group the field is displayed in when adding/changing listings or on printable input forms.
