Supporting Users with Multi-Factor Authentication

If your MLS uses multi-factor authentication, use the information in this topic to set up and troubleshoot it for your users.

Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to a user's Flexmls login by requiring the user to enter a security code when logging in. Enabling multi-factor authentication also allows a user to be logged in on multiple devices without ending other Flexmls sessions.

Note

To access the features discussed in this section, you must log on as the top-level administrative account for the MLS.

Refer to the pages in this section for instructions on how to set up, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication for users.
