  2. Click Superuser Settings.

  3. Next to the Username field, click Select a different user.

    Note

If this option does not appear, you are not logged on as the top-level administrative account.

  4. Type the username of the user for whom you want to change multi-factor verification.

  5. Click Next.

Use the Security Preferences Page to Access Multi-Factor Authentication Settings

As the top-level MLS account, you can also access these settings under Preferences on your Flexmls menu.

  1. Click My Profile under Preferences on the menu.

  2. Click Security.

  3. Next to the Username field, click Select a different user.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for a User

In the Multi-Factor Authentication section of the page, click the Enable link. For more information about next steps for the user, see Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

Force Multi-Factor Authentication Setup on Next Login

To force the user to set up multi-factor authentication on their next login attempt, click the Enable link in the Force Multi-Factor Authentication Setup On Login section of the page. The next time the user logs in, they will be walked through the multi-factor authentication setup process. The user will not be allowed to disable multi-factor authentication on their own. Selecting this option will not disconnect any current login sessions for the user. To inquire about turning on this setting on for everyone in your MLS, contact the Flexmls Customer Success team (cpr@flexmls.com).
