Create a Quick CMA

The Quick CMA can be used for a quick, side-by-side comparison of properties.

Tip

The following Guided Help tours are available for this function in Flexmls. When you click on a link, an instance of Flexmls will open in a new browser tab and instruction bubbles will guide you through the process.

  1. First, search for comparables using Quick Search.

  2. In the search results, select the properties that you want to use as comparables.

  3. Click the CMA button on the search results page. In the pop-up, click Use Selected. (Click Use All Results to include all the listings in the search results on the Quick CMA.)

    Note

    A maximum of 150 comparables can be selected at a time.

  4. On the CMA Type page, click Quick CMA. Choose a Statistical Average Field from the drop-down list (as available for your MLS), and then click Next Step at the bottom of the page.

  5. Use the Finish tab to choose display and detail options for the CMA. By default, the options Side-by-side comparison of all listings, Sort side-by-side comparison by Status (if you've included multiple statuses), Statistical summary, and Display Charts are selected for a Quick CMA.

    Note

    All CMA tabs are available if you need to make further changes to the Quick CMA. Make sure at least one of the options on the Finish tab is selected, then click one of the other tabs. For more information about the options that are available on other CMA tabs, see Create a Full CMA.

  6. To save the CMA and make it available on the Saved CMAs page, click Save. To email the CMA, click the Email button to open the Flexmls email dialog. To preview the CMA on a web page, click the View button. Click Download to create and download a PDF version of the CMA.
