DMEL: MLS Configuration Options
We are adding the following MLS settings for delayed marketing configuration. To enable any of these settings, reach out to Customer Success (cpr@flexmls.com).
Delayed Marketing Exempt Listings applicable on-market statuses. (FBS Staff Only) - This setting allows MLSs to choose the statuses to be eligible for DMEL. MLSs can choose Active, Coming Soon, and/or Pending. If the MLS is using any contingencies, this setting will include any related Active or Pending contingencies.
Default Delayed Marketing Exempt duration in days. Leave blank for indefinite (manual toggle) (FBS Staff Only) - This setting allows MLSs to choose the maximum amount of days that a listing can be in a delayed marketing period. DEML ends automatically when listings change from an eligible status to any other status. For example, if the MLS only allows DMEL in Coming Soon statuses, when a listing goes into an Active status, it will no longer be in the DMEL period.
Hide history during Delayed Marketing Exempt period (FBS Staff Only) - This setting allows the MLS to hide listing history, such as price changes, while in the DMEL period. Listing history will still be accessible to users who have the appropriate brokerload permission to edit the listing.
Exclude the Delayed Marketing Exempt period from DOM calculations (FBS Staff Only) - Enabling this setting makes the DOM start once the DMEL period is over.
Field to use for storing Delayed Marketing Exempt YN status (FBS Staff Only) - This setting enables a main list text/list field to store the YN value. It also allows the data to be searchable and surface on listing detail reports. The display label used on this field will also serve as the label for the feature in Flexmls.
Field to use for storing Delayed Marketing Exempt period end date (FBS Staff Only) - This is a main list date field to store the date that IDX marketing should begin. It also allows the data to be searchable and surface on listing detail reports.
