CMA (Search)
Click CMA under Search on the menu to open the Saved CMAs page, where you can work on a CMA that you have previously saved or create a new CMA.
Note
You can also create a CMA by starting with a search. From any search results page, select comparable properties and click the CMA button at the top of the page. By beginning with a search, you can choose listings based on sold date, price, geographical location, or any other search criteria.
