Dashboard Gadgets: My Listings
This gadget provides counts of your listings, with one-click access to view them. When you add this gadget to your dashboard, it displays your listings sorted by listing status, in descending order based on the quantity of listings for each listing status. The number of listings for each listing status is listed in this gadget. You can click on either the listing status, or the number of listings with that status, to view the listings.
Under the Listing Maintenance section of this gadget, you also have one-click access to Listing Maintenance. Click Add Listing to add a new listing, Incomplete Listing to be taken to the Incomplete Listings page, or enter a listing number and click Change Listing to make changes to a listing. If you click Change Listing without entering a listing number, you will be prompted to type in a listing number in the space provided.
You can modify this gadget by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of the gadget. In the dropdown menu, you can click Settings to set the Days to Expire and Days Sold.
Under Days to Expire, the number of days you set will determine which listings displays under Listings to Expire. For example, if you set 7 days, only listings that expire in 7 days will display under Listings to Expire.
Under Sold Listings, the number of days you set will determine which listings display under Sold Listings. For example, if you set 30 days, only listings that were sold up to 30 days in the past will display under Sold Listings. After you have finished making your modifications in Settings, click Save to apply the changes.
Note
Days to Expire and Days Sold are the same as Listings to Expire and Sold Listings under General Preferences > Dashboard. If you make a change to Days to Expire and/or Days Sold, that change will be reflected in Listings to Expire and/or Sold Listings. Similarly, if you make a change to Listings to Expire and/or Sold Listings in the General Preferences page, you will see that change reflected in the My Listings gadget under Days to Expire and/or Days Sold.
Click Refresh to refresh the gadget and display any updates to the listings. Click Maximize to view this gadget in fullscreen mode. Click the three dots and then click Restore to restore the gadget back to its original size. Click Remove to remove the gadget from your dashboard.
Note that this gadget is controlled by General Preferences. In General Preferences > Listings, you can select which listing statuses to include. The listing statuses you select are the same listing statuses that will display in the My Listings gadget. Additionally, you can set the number of days before a listing is considered “Off-Market”. Listings older than the number of days you set will not appear on the My Listings screen, nor on the My Listings gadget.
